New year same Ashley here to see which is best planner for 2027!!!

This year I bought my weekly planner from Kroger (grocery store). Undated, but had pockets, stickers, elastic band, monthly calendars, with weekly spread on 2 pages. About $15. Not going back to the expensive planners.

After struggling for years to figure out why traditional 1 page daily planners ALMOST work for me, but quickly fail, the 2 page spread has finally been the answer for me. I got #4 a couple months ago and it is an absolute GAME CHANGER. That free space is a brain dump of shopping lists, details of today’s projects, directions, doodles and things that come up over the day that need to end up in my yearly planner or commonplace book. I didn’t buy it for this reason, but it cut down on scrolling A LOT. I review it before bed as a little daily “closing up shop” which helps me tremendously mentally. FYI, I take mine virtually EVERYWHERE and I’m not gentle with it. It still looks brand new. Zero issues with the cover breaking down or coils getting wonky, and the paper quality is excellent. I also love only having the book contain 90 days since a year of 2page spread would be very bulky to carry. Thanks for all the work you do for us!

I love the poems, the breathing, and the encouragement. It reminds me that I am doing my best and that it is enough. Thank you!

I used military time when I worked at various places when younger so that wouldn't bother me. Thanks for sharing more affordable options for future contender lists.

I was recently in a planner slump which is so frustrating when I spend a lot of money on name brand planners. I recently purchased the Zicoto Notes and Plans with a linen like cover. Same exact layout as your top pick in this video. I’ve been using multiple pens, markers etc. (which I don’t normally do) but for the price it has been so fun and just what I needed. I don’t ever really planner hop so this was a big change for me. I am very happy with this planner other than I wish it was more of an FCC size. I also had purchased their Ledger Book for budgeting and I am loving it too. A giant change from the expensive ones I’ve been using as well. I needed to simplify my systems and that is what these two Zicoto products have done. I love that you share these types of planners Amanda. Have a great day. 😊

I love the poems

I wrap short ribbon length wise with washi tape to extend the length.
Works just fold it half each side of ribbon. Works great

I will definitely be keeping these in mind if I go to an undated planner! I like the layouts with the full notepage each day! The last 2 years I have used a Poprun daily planner and I try to catch them on sale. $25 is the regular price I think but I know last year I got lucky and I'm not sure I paid more than 15! I love how the pages feel and it has become a fave that I actually use! lol I've usually been bad about sticking to a daily planner over the years.

I'm right there with you on Zevia. My new thing is a can of the decaf cola in a 40 oz bottle, fill the rest with water and cucumber slices. Just enough flavor to balance out the cukes without being too sweet and keeps things interesting enough to keep me sipping without 'forgetting' to drink.

@avalonkerr8332 4 months ago

The poems are fine...I would just like longer videos so wish you could do more planner talking in each!
Also, here in the UK we use the 24 hr clock, so like you, I would barely notice the difference.
😀
