The explanation of false attack is not good. Maybe because Uke did not understand to do a false attack!
A false attack is an attack which is so poor, that i don't have a chance to throw. So if i don't do the full entry(i turn only a little bit and there is no chance of throwing)or do a sutemi waza with no breaking the balance, especialy when my opponent has a good grip, just to escape from a dangerous situation -> that is a false attack. To attack, but let go of the grip with both hands during the attack (without a grip i cannot throw!) -> that's a false attack.
But this was not shown.
I agree with the guy that said, the attacks were pretty good. But there was also no non combativity. Like the referee said he had no chance to attack. So hajime and no shido. There is no need to search for the shido. In my opinion only give shido if it is an obvious shido.

Good clarity on the scoring but some of these rules reward dangerous maneuvers. Landing on the wrist for instance to avoid score is not a rule that rewards good ukemi but rather rewards dangerous negative incorrect Judo ukemi teachings.
