Open filter capacitor, both sections were bad. I replaced it the evening of September 28th with parts i had on hand. The "repair video" will be out later.

Not sure why the plastic is cracked on the left side. I guess something fell on it. I'm also not sure why someone cut the cord off and reconnected it again. The Zenith TV i got with this one had a cut and reattached cord as well. The other TV i got with the 2 doesn't have a cord at all, let alone the back.
