Here's how to host a game copied from the mod page:
Step 1 - Start a game lobby

Step 2 - Press Shift+Tab to go into the Steam overlay

Step 3 - Click on friends at the bottom

Step 4 - Click on your profile picture to bring up your steam profile page

Step 5 - On the right of your steam profile page you should see a green "Join game" button - Right click it and hit "copy link"

Step 6 - Paste this link into the text chat of the voice channel you are in (or directly message it to people)

Step ??? - Users then just need to paste the link into any browser as long as it isn't the ingame steam browser
