Mike i agree with your statement.  Sanan should have been approached as you stated with a amount and given ail money to turn this around when they had a chance . Now dont know if it would work but all he could say is NO. THE GOAT could build it and they would come and even cheaper to play for him . Now its if they dont get rid of the entire staff and AD their wont be any donars Next yr . Do not give any of them another yr .
