I’m 40 years old and have been following elite level bodybuilding for 35 years and still can’t believe Dennis “The Menace” James never cracked top 3 at the Olympia except for the Masters in 2012… This guy had/has Phil Heath type 3D genetics. He also has a contagious charisma and personality that matched the freak factor. One of my favourite bodybuilders of all time. 💪🏼

Dennis looks great for a guy who will be 60 next year. Longevity is something that I think we should prioritize more and more in the sport of bodybuilding. Balancing goals and gains with health is unfortunately something lost on the young who don't care about living past 50 when they're in their 20s.
Believe me - when you reach your 40s - all of a sudden you start caring about living past 50!
