In 2015, a married couple and their friend ventured into the remote goldfields of Western Australia. Only one of them came back.

Ray and Jennie Kehlet were a couple in love, chasing a dream of striking gold in Sandstone, WA. But their trip of a lifetime ended in tragedy. In one of Australia’s most baffling cold cases, Ray was found dead at the bottom of a mineshaft, while Jennie vanished without a trace.

Their friend and colleague, Graham Milne, was the only survivor.

Reporter Liam Bartlett reveals shocking discrepancies in Graham Milne’s story and uncovers new forensic evidence that police seemingly ignored.

Can’t believe it’s been 10 years 😢 Nothing more obvious than the 3rd member !
Liam Bartlett 👏 your tenacity is inspiring, thank you 🙏

The first major error of police, inviting suspect to join search! How dumb is that

They say it's a mystery, I don't think so. It's quite obvious who did it, gosh, give the family justice,please

I pray Jennie and Ray will one day get the justice they deserve.

Liam Bartlett's courageous challenge of police conclusions exemplifies the highest standards of investigative journalism, particularly in the face of glaring evidence inconsistencies that demanded further scrutiny.

His persistent pursuit of truth in the Kehlet case, despite official dismissal, demonstrates how essential independent journalistic inquiry is to our justice system when conventional investigations fall short.

Liam’s work serves as a powerful reminder that accountability journalism not only serves the public interest but can provide crucial advocacy for victims who might otherwise be denied justice.

The fact he was refusing to talk when confronted speaks volumes. Any supposed friend would be concerned and speak up. He's looking very guilty indeed.

I am so proud of GM's daughter. That must have been incredibly hard. I hope one day she looks in the mirror at those eyes and sees the person of honesty, i hope one day, she sees her hands as the hands of good deeds. I've been in a similar place of not being able to look in the mirror, so i pray she finds peace with herself and begins to view her father as someone seperate - she has none of his bad blood. Big love to her for being a part of this segment 🩷🌷🌷🌷🩷

Scary how he befriended them like that. Makes trust issues even worst 😔

What a great dog Ella was to find her way to raise the alarm. 30km is a long way to track without getting lost. Sara is a strong brave woman to speak out about her father. I hope she has found some inner peace and has a good life now. Honest special lady.

A GOOD LIAR HAS TO HAVE A GOOD MEMORY.
He did it, me personally have always thought that he wanted her and killing Ray was the only way, except Jenny fought him so he killed her.
As an Aussie I was discusted in the WA police treatment of this case.
I do believe she is in another mineshaft.

It’s terrifying to think of what Ray & Jennie endured. The stuff of nightmares. Such utter incompetence by the police, disgraceful.

I participated as a land search team member for years and around the time of this I had or was about to travel up through panes find to Meekatharra to work in an aboriginal community. I’ve witnessed what it’s like out there and being a Perth local all my life I have always thought it was Milne.
The autopsy is concrete proof especially standing in a pool of his blood.
I hope we eventually locate Jenny so the two soulmates get to rest together. It is horrible that they don’t know what happened to her 😢

Gosh I didn't realise our police were that useless

@islandergal4970 1 year ago

I literally can't wrap my mind around how much solid evidence was ignored.. it's baffling because it's right in front of your face and it's so obvious what happened.. wow

Thank you for a great video on this case. Graham Milne is the murderer. For some reason he hasn't revealed that he wanted both Ray and Jennie dead. That story about Ray firing his rifle at a packet of cigarettes lodged in a tree, is absolute BS! Hope Ray and Jennie's family get the closure they deserve. Also well done to Rick for keeping the case going ❤🙏🏾

Where is the Australian federal police or the proper detectives that actually do their job?
Disgusting and the boss of WA police needs to be sacked ASAP!

@aennie6575 1 year ago

I saw this in Germany on a Youtube channel and since then I've been following this story. I am so sorry for the family and friends.and cannot believe that the police cannot do better. It is so obvious...

@kirstycampbell3962 1 year ago

WA police need to be looked into!! They do nothing by the sounds of things… all the missing indigenous boys and now this one. Why do we even have police if this is the outcome that a TV channel has to question people!! Its embarrassing to say the least
