This can also be called "Documenting a socially acceptable addiction relapse"

Is it possible that we have unsustainable lives and personalities that only can exist if we're on drugs?

Im not addicted to cocaine, I just like how it smells

As a none coffee person.

This is weird to watch

Main difference between the two couples, a child, that’s what makes you tired. Lol.

coffe is a widely accepted addictive drug, we tend to overlook it everytime.

I didn't have any caffeine through the whole video!  Wasn't as hard as they made it seem.

I drink a lot more coffee during quarantine. And by "coffee" I mean whiskey.

23 Minutes of people saying "I really want a coffee"

Chyna: "I would like to do the minimum amount." Same.

Try a “no spend” month! Just essentials (housing, food, water, electricity) nothing else.

I never drink coffee, and after watching this, I thank god for that.

They're straight up going through withdraw. 😅😬

New challenge idea: Writing down 30 specific things you're grateful of for 30 days.
I noticed when I started being vocally grateful for things a few year back, my overall mood changed to be generally a little more positive!

"One of the benefits of quitting coffee, though.........................it works better now."  I laughed my butt off at this 😂😂😂

This is a 23 minute long ad for coffee.

my grandfather was a caffeine addict. it destroyed his life. he use to steal coffee from me as a kid. good times.

The most infuriating thing is that whenever I go through withdrawals from caffeine my family will say “oh caffeine is only in your system for 24 hours so after that withdrawal will end” and people use that as a way to undermine a caffeine addiction. I got over my addiction a year ago after months of painful withdrawals and cravings, and I was told that it wasn’t a big deal because “two cups of coffee a day isn’t really an addiction” or “you can’t really call caffeine an addiction” which got me right back on the stuff because people were just making me feel bad AB it. Caffeine addictions need to be taken more seriously. It’s literally a psychoactive drug that can cause anxiety, insomnia, and heart attacks

I definitely feel like the tiredness is also a byproduct of quarantine. Everyone I know is sleeping more and longer.

You should do an art one or music one. See how much you might progress by doing one (the same one every day) creative thing per day for like. 15-30 minutes. Like painting or drawing.
