He actually figured Reacher out pretty quick later in the episode

Q. Where was the gangster being fooled 5 minutes straight?
A. Me after clicking on this video with clickbait title and etching it 5 minutes straight

Watch the series and you shouldn't regret it.  Reacher was using a delay tactic as they were on their way to meet up.  His team needed time, hence the delay.  The guy driving was a gangster of sorts.  Any further questions,  watch the series, this was season 3.

WE WANT SEASON IV, THANK YOU!

SO, The funny funny machine made all of us normal humans submit to being called a gangster?
THIS is why we destroy AI.

- So police stations do NOT have interior lighting ?

I guess I was the gangster fooled for 5 minutes straight.

Bro is one punch man 😂

Thanks

There was no gangster being fooled

The missing link can fool only his own reflection in a mirror 😊

Nice action, but how long would that copper stay down from just 1 punch, right a reacher punch, but still?

It would be a shame if we witnessed violence after that horrible word was bleeped out.

That cop will get fired anyways.

Wow, great.

Is the gangster in the next video or….?

At what point was there a gangster being fooled?

1:10 - 1:30 😂 Perfect
