The nurse killed in the beginning is Dr. Loomis’ nurse from the first 2 Halloweens. She was with him in the car in both movies

JLCs mama is the woman playing her secretary in this (Janet Leigh). Janet Leigh was the female Lead in Psycho (1960)

Giving you “Scream” vibes because it was produced by the same guys who made “Scream”. Scream revitalize the slasher genre back in ‘96.

19:16 fun fact that is her real mother actress the late Janet Leigh from the movie “Psycho”

FUN FACT: Jaime Lee Curtis signed on for this movie because she thought it would be the last one. She said that she did not realize that it was in the contract for the film that he cannot be killed. If she had known that was a possibility beforehand, she would have been a producer on the film to prevent that from happening. She wanted to quit the film, within the writer Kevin Williamson, the same writer for scream, said what if we make the films such that it appears that he is dead. You believe he’s dead, the audience can’t believe he’s dead, so they can have that interpretation basically. So she decided to go through with it. And only participated in Halloween resurrection for contractual reasons. Halloween Resurrection is one of the worst ones, in my opinion. But it’ll be a fun ride for you guys probably.

2ND FUN FACT: her secretary in the movie is actually her mother, played by actress Janet Leigh who was the famous woman in the shower scene in the original will be psycho. So it meant something special that she said the line, “Forgive me for being a bit maternal.“ As she walked away to get into her car, it was the same car from the movie psycho. And you can hear the theme music from that movie playing faintly in the background as she leaves.

Y'all must don't know Mike don't care if it's day or night.  He  bought that life. Thats why I need a Jason vs Michael movie.

Yall still need to watch Halloween 4. Also the Candyman franchise, I Know What You Did Last Summer, I Still Know What You Did Last Summer, and Urban Legend

The son is Josh Hartnett a 90s and early 2000s heartthrob for us Gen Xers.  He has some good movies Wicker Park, Black Hawk Down, The Faculty,  30 Days of Night (a fave), amongst others.  You should check them out.
More recently he was the main actor in the movie Trap.

Yall should have watched Halloween 4 and 5 as well

This movie was a monumental moment in horror movie history. Because it's the first time that LL COOL J took his hat off in a movie😂

I also think this is one of Jamie Lee Curtis’s best performances! She really elevates this film!

I love Halloween H20 : 20 Years Later (1998). It was such a nail-biting and intense thrill ride as it kept me on the edge of my seat 😰😱 as it was such a fun rollercoaster thrill ride. You have a good time with this movie. Halloween H20 : 20 Years Later (1998) is a true blue modern gem in horror cinema. Steve Miner directed a classic that will be in our hearts forever. It never gets old. 😍😎💯👍🏻

Yall have to watch The Falculty. It’s a cult classic with Usher and Josh Harnett (The son in this movie that you said looked familiar). Also, you guys would like the movie “O” with him in it and Julia Stiles, with Mekhi Phifer when they were younger. There’s only one reaction on YouTube of that movie and you guys would do numbers if you reacted to it. ❤

Laurie faked her death, changed her name and moved to the other side of the country and Michael still got to her. 😂

Aw yeah this is the one with LL COOL J. He actually did his thing he's a decent actor. I really liked this movie.

This one is a classic so far this is the best reaction going to watch the full video on Patreon 🔥🔥🎃

29:25 Fun Fact: Michael used a REAL knife in this scene. It was not a prop.

Fun fact: When y’all said this felt like a scream movie it’s cus the script was first written by Kevin Williamson, the guy who wrote the scripts for the scream movies. Also, most of the score that was used for this movie was reused from scream 1 and 2 because they liked Marco Beltrami’s soundtrack.
