Mr.French, I thought i had seen everything, and i am not an emotional man, but the way you have handled this whole situation, with class and dignity, has restored my faith in humanity. this video literally brought tears to my eyes. you sir, are awesome.

This is why I will be a lifelong fan of this channel.

This is still one of the best toy related videos of all time. I have to come back at least once a year to watch it. Probably the kindest thing anyone in the history of the global toy community has ever done.

I hope danoby2 is enjoying that big plate of crow he's eating right about now.

To quote Darth Vader. "This will be a day long remembered."

I am so proud of Retroblasting, you go the extra mile for fans. I knew my Terror Drome belonged with people of such integrity and honor!🙂

RetroBLASTING to Australia:
Michael's Big Day Out.

nice to see that there are people with such principles to go way above and beyond to help others 👍👍

That was a nice touch bringing broken Vader slong for the trip.
Safe travels to you.

I often come back to this video to watch again when I need my faith in the collector’s community to be restored. This is what collecting is all about… human connection. One love!!!

This is why Retroblasting is my favorite vintage toy review channel, its not about the views, its about connecting with people. Michael deserves all the warm hospitality and I am so happy for him. =)

The IMPORTANT Part in ALL of this... IS Retroblasting/Michael taking on this assignment.. On one hand, it's sad to the length and resources Michael/Melinda had to go through  to PROVE CERTAIN people wrong. On the OTHER hand it goes to show WHY Retroblasting is OUR place. Retroblasting represents US.. individuals that grew up loving these toys, went on to become educated, professionals, have families of our own.. Retroblasting Represents US, regardless of color/faith/class...Representing the heart , character US fans have carried over into adulthood.  WE all know ( and I personally) agree with the position on the Sail Barge.... REGARDLESS of that feeling the joy of seeing Brent Finally get to enjoy something he has worked hard on is all the reward Michael need.  I tip my cap and have the utmost in respect for this man ( and Melinda too) for their efforts.. Ladies and Gentlemen THIS IS CLASS...THIS IS COMPASSION.. THIS is Retroblasting to the core..

Looks like old Danny boy is going to have to put down the half-naked dolls and film a apology video pretty soon.  Great job, Michael!

Retroblasting delivers in more ways than one.

Fantastic job guys, hope Brent enjoys the barge!

After all this controversy, I would say, this guy needs to get his toy

Man, it looked so much faster with a music montage, a map, and a few red lines.
Class. That's what what this. Class and honor.

I am a collector from New Zealand, he is absolutely right about collection outside of the US. Thanks for happening us out Retroblasting

I would bet my entire toy collection  that this would be happened!!
Well done guys, well done!

This is not B.S. I had the same problem and I'm from Sydney, the East coast and my barge is at a friend of my brother in law's house in California. My barge will come in September when my brother in law attends his friend's wedding. So no.....this story is very true unfortunately.

I recently discovered your channel and have been doing a deep dive.  This almost brought a tear to my eyes.  Thanks for sharing your experiences on this trip and connecting with other people across the world with common interests.  This is how communities should be.
