Cabbage Vegetable Soup - Slow Cooker

I love this soup. It’s perfect for a crisp fall day !!

Cabbage Vegetable Soup
2 - 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 small cabbage chopped
15 Oz can tomato sauce
15 Oz can stewed tomatoes
28oz diced tomatoes
2-4 chicken bullion cubes
4 cups water
Salt and Pepper

Dump all into slow cooker and cook on high 4-5 hours or low 8-9 hours

What I would like in the Crock-Pot recipes is healthy food. I'm disabled hard for me that's why I like Crock-Pot cooking.

I made this just last week and it was SOOO good!
Only changes I made were 2 cans stewed tomatoes, BEEF bouillon instead of chicken, and I added Italian seasoning and seasoning salt.
Turned out fantastic 🙂

I know it has been a couple of years but that looks great never watch utube videos when you are hungry but I will try this when the winter rolls in.

WW calls this zero points soup❤ It's wonderful and very healthy. I add cabbage of course, and leftover vegetables in the fridge. You choose.....but I like brussel sprouts and a plethora of what I find.....the stewed tomatoes make the base..... season well. I add a can of black beans for protein and you're good!

I also have an OLD croc pot but I use a liner. Also helps during clean up.

I made this this weekend and tho its yummy, the cabbage is still slightly crunchy. I also put ground sausage in it.

I notice you don't use core, I have used cabbage and celery core in my veggie soup. My brother is combo of tomato juice and water.I use my mom's recipe, and now I am thinking I need to make a pot of soup over the weekend!
