Eggman is such a great Villain. He actually has lore behind him.

Y'know.... do you think Eggman does all of this because he is like the only human in a world filled with anthro animals and is lonely?

Eggman: Dab children dab, we need to harness the power of the chaos emeralds.
Neo Metal Sonic: I'm dabbing, I'm dabbing!
Sage: Dab on the haters so that we may crush them with the full might of our super forms.

Eggman is definitely a top-tier villain! Plus, even though his time was brief during the early arcs he was awesome as Mr. Tinker too.

Whats interesting about the alt Mr. Tinker ending, is that its implied that eggman actually lost the memories of being Mr. Tinker when he returned to being eggman. Then, when called out by sonic over it durring the metal virus, he showed hesitance, where he imagined what it was like to be Mr. Tinker... he couldn't remember it. But something about people smiling*. And actually enjoying his presence, not fearing it, caused a bit of doubt to creep in... implying... if he *did remember being Mr. Tinker...
he may have actually changed his ways.

I really want Eggman to use a giant toilet paper tube in canon to see what kind of effect it has on our hedgies!

It would be genuinely interesting to see a story where Mr Tinker stuck around

Who could believe that Eggman is playing matchmaker to get Sonic and Amy together at 7:51?

Eggman: 1st of all, my name isn't even Dr. Eggman. It's actually Dr. Ivo Robotnik, thank you. For someone who obsesses over me and knows everything about me, you didn't even know my name.
