This is the one mod I’ve been wanting since the Switch released. I’ve always been a fan of the WiiU Gamepad form factor due to comfort. Instant sub!

The Wii U being treated like old lost hardware is crazy. I get it died in 2017, 9 years ago. But man it feels like yesterday me and the boys in college would just meet up and play Smash 4 every day

I was going to listen to this in the background, but I could not look away.

You don't know how happy it makes me to see someone put a Switch into a Wii U GamePad! I've been wanting to see this done ever since the Switch launched back I 2017, I thought it would be the coolest thing ever. Turns out it's even cooler than I thought it would be! Thanks for sharing, this is so cool! Finally making the portable console the Wii U always should have been!

i actually made something like this, although due to my limited soldering skills it was much more crude.

Did I just watch the master of mods?

Nice work with this wow. I believe the Wii U gamepad is so much more comfortable than Switch to hold and use so this awesome

That sucks you can’t take out the SD without causing a ton of issues. I have a modded switch and I know how brutal it is transferring files over USB-C. Also, I know it’s a lot of work, but you should def consider doing more of these and selling them like you do with 3DS & capture cards. This is something I would 100% buy

Love your videos! I been watching your videos for quite some time now. They’re incredibly creative and inspiring. I really enjoy watching the entire build process, from wiring everything up to modifying and customizing the case. I almost never leave comments on YouTube, but your channel is the first one that made me want to. Keep up the amazing work—I can’t wait to see what you create next!
