I love your playthroughs ! Your voice is so calming, the pace of the video is perfect and you love the same games as I do. Lord of the rings is my favorite lore and WotR (the wargame not the card game) is my favorite boardgame. I should consider this one too : I don't know why I thought it wasn't for me because it seems awesome !
Keep on Colin, your channel is great ! Greetings from France ! Merry Christmas !

Love this game and enjoy your playthroughs.
Can't wait for part 2!
That was a really epic battle!😅

I really love how LotR LCG implemented the whole story with the Saga Expansions, but to make them truly thematic you must have an enormous amount of other packs what's sad a bit. Here we have a bit more superficial view of the story, but ready to go with just a few boxes and still got a solid grasp of thematic moments, nice game! Thanks for this epic playthrough!

I was debating whether to get this one. I assumed I'd have to solo by managing three hands. This format looks so good.

Hello, good gameplay! What scenario are you playing? I thought that for 1 Vs 1 against the Shadow with Fire and Swords it could only be War in the North

Great video and a great game! Just a heads up (and I'm definitely no expert) but I'm pretty sure in Elvish the 'C' is always a hard 'C' so 'Celeborn' is pronounced 'Keleborn'

Love this game. Epic Duel feels like a love letter to Tolkien geeks - so thematic!

Just now learning about this. Where have I been? I was under the impression after more research that War of the Ring was 2 to 4 players? Is there solo play for core and expansions? Thanks for the video! Happy Holidays! 🎄

First time watching this game .. beautiful, if a little hard to follow :)

I always try to play gandalf like in the 3-4 stage to moria to make it thematic

Can this be played cooperatively with two FPs vs. The Shadow?

@Lordofthering2102sj 1 year ago

I rally did not understood how work abilitys like gorflindel that let you pass to the next Number Path in this scenario..

Great play through! I’m confused. Why did the shadow player draw only 4 cards at the end of round three but then drew 7 cards at the end of round four?

If I may, and it may have been answered in earlier videos, but where is your playmat from? I have looked at several Etsy stores and other options, but the one you are using seems pretty epic and I cannot seem to find it online. Thanks Colin! 💍💙

Are you the same Collin from the one stop co op shop? You sound just like him 😅

@vedranmedija2631 1 year ago

Hello, one quick question. If I know the rules, don’t you need to have excess defence icons on a path to win it. If it’s the same free people don’t get victory points.

Hello Colin, why didn’t you reveal the top card of your draw deck right away drawing the starting hand? Wouldn’t it provide you more information about which card to cycle in this step?
