Criminally underrated player imho. A standup guy. All the best from SA.

What a legend.From South Africa 🇿🇦 👏

I was in the Stands at Ellis Park in 2022, a lonely All Blacks fanatic surrounded by thousands of Stunned boks Supporters. I remember taking a moment after Scott Barret scored, grabbing my wifes hand and telling her. Love, remember this day. We just witnessed a moment in history that will be talked about for years to come and I think its fair to say that has been the case since. I had sign that read “True fans are there for the highs and the lows, keep the faith NZ, Kia Kaha” when Caleb Clarke came out for the warm up, he saw it, gave me the eyes to show acknowledgement. Was really cool to be there, a day ill never forget

Nothing but respect for ABs, our greatest rivals and a class act 🇿🇦

As a Saffa I always loved Cane and how he played the game. Top bloke and always felt he was underrated.

Amazing podcast! HUGE respect for Sam 💪🏼, what an awesome human being. 🇿🇦

Saffa here - Sam punched way above his size. Tough and huge heart. So tough for him to have to go off in the final. Huge respect !!!!!!

Great to Sam Cane.  So Sorry how his final ended.  Take care Young man.  All the best from ZA.

Respect from SA very underrated player , a real world class forward and player 🤝

Saffa fan here, but also a Cane fan. Criminally underrated! Just because he does not play same style as McCaw does not mean he was not great. He would never go back in the tackle. He would have been right at home in a green jersey

What a good bloke. Respect from SA!

Great interview. Sam Cane is an absolute legend.

Absolutely one of the best episodes, well done Kirst and Beav

Big respect for Sam Cane in SA 🇿🇦. Watched in the final in Paris, the guy put everything on the line. Not his day but his commitment was undeniable. Good to have the AB now on African soil.

All my memories of that period are of watching the ABs absolutely run circles round us and wondering how it is possible to run so fast and pass over and over without dropping the ball. It felt like they all had glue on their hands. Amazing to listen to these stories of healthy fear and admiration for the Boks, who, for many fans, never felt like they could ever be on that same level. Just shows you

So good to see Sammy so relaxed and free! Awesome chat guys thanks for getting the Cap on for us all to enjoy.

Respect from 🇿🇦

Wonderful talk. We love  facing the All Blacks, win or loose. What a great rivalry!

The good vibes I needed on Tuesday. Great yarns and genuine chat. Felt like listening in on old mates catching up over a beer. Good clean fun.

I was never the biggest fan of Sam but he is clearly such a humble and well spoken bloke. I wish people would've seen this side of him when he was captain. Being able to attach a personality to a guy outside of his game is such an important thing.
