Anthony hearing "I felt my wife had nothing left to give me" and being so physically repulsed his instinct was to try and leave the room is the GREENEST of flags.

Wife in the open-relationship situation is a legend. She absolutely knew their marriage was done the SECOND her husband asked to open it and went for it. Lmaooooooo

@jakkehaes3863 2 years ago

The minute the wife agreed to opening the relationship up, she knew it was over and she wanted to teach him a lesson and I think that's beautiful.

I know that Arasha is seen as the "villain" of Smosh with the lying gag and all, but man, from the first story alone, you can tell she's just a good and honest person. Her takes are always very nuanced, trying to see both sides but eventually sticking with the one that's morally correct. What a queen.

"She has a very low sex drive" "I only sleep with people I click with" yup that makes sense

HR here, also an Early Childhood Educator. Teacher is NOT the asshole. The co-teacher 100% is harassing the teacher and creating a hostile work environment. Completely unacceptable. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I’m glad she got the support of HR.

The snoopy coworker is such a hypocrite. She says "oh it's fine, i'm an open book" and then calls the sext messages "disgusting"

The story of the ex showing up to the wedding has more info. After the post went viral, the bride was shown the post and she made a counter post explaining her perspective. The ex with the red dress is absolutely a crazy ex who is constantly trying to meddle in OP’s relationship. For one, the wedding was very intentionally casual with the bride’s dress barely being considered an actual wedding dress and the ex was VERY aware. Also, I don’t remember the exact details as it’s been a while since I heard the story, but it made perfect sense why the bride wasn’t expecting the ex to show up. It was made clear to her that she was not invited but the children were in the wedding, and because crazy ex had to drive them, she basically strong armed her ex husband into allowing her to go, but the bride protested and it was decided the ex should not stay for the wedding.

"I don't know much about weddings" Shayne says, three months from his own secret wedding.

That woman who is constantly snooping on her coworker is literally by definition creating a hostile work environment and the OP needs to report her to HR yesterday.

@Cavemanner 2 years ago

With the teacher story it's obvious the snoop only mentioned that she felt "violated" because she wanted the OP to clearly know she had seen those messages. She clearly gets off on the power trip of knowing things about OP that OP probably doesn't want her to.

And then her excuse for not going to HR was a transparent cover for "I know I'd be the one in the shit if I admit to snooping on you, so I'm gonna turn it on you".

The guy who made his wife homeless did it on purpose. He gave it away when he mentioned how long she lived rent free. He got fed up, stopped paying and ignored the letters on purpose.

I love when Arasha is so baffled by the audacity of the people in the Reddit stories that she disassociates for a full 5 seconds.

As a bisexual woman, it is incredible how many men just assume it’s lesbianism they can get involved with. Reading that open marriage story made me want to puke! The objectification is crazzyyyy

I really appreciate SMOSH's editors/whoever's doing them taking the time to actually make captions. I'm not deaf or anything but with my ADHD, it really does help me just understand the videos better. They're one of the only channels I've found that actually bothers with it and I just wanted to say I very much appreciate it.

@OneOfInfiniteMonkeys 2 years ago

It's always interesting to see how sensitive Arasha is when she's not being a Machiavellian master manipulator.

@matilly23 2 years ago

With the guy that wanted an open relationship, it also definitely showed his character when he said he had asked his wife multiple times and she said no. OPs usually try to twist the story so that it is in a better light for them and this guy still sounds awful, so I can't imagine the real kind of pressuring this poor woman was subject to.

@narrator6896 1 year ago

45:56 He took the equity out of her house to buy his own house. He conned her. She could almost certainly take him to court. Honestly sounds like a gambling addiction. He has adult children and doesn't understand home equity, how loans work, or collateral?

@kevjumbanigahigafan1 2 years ago (edited)

If someone says "I'm an openbook" in response to you wanting privacy, kindly let them know that their life isn't interesting enough for you to care and you aren't their entertainment.

@faunaunforgiven 2 years ago

That ex-wife who showed up in a wedding dress also made another posted ADMITTING that she intentionally showed up the bride, AND the actual bride made another reddit post telling her side of the story and we all get some light on the situation. She absolutely knew what she was doing and then just tried to downplay herself in this story.
