Beware guys, this project is definitely on flood line and can face demolition anytime in future

Why is the builder building such a good project in the flood zone? In 2019, 'Riviera A-Building's' few floors were affected by the floods. Google '50 patients and 120 hospital staff were rescued from Surya Mother And Child Care Superspeciality Hospital.'

I loved the layout of the house, storage space, and help room. Separate entrance and exit; everything is good. walking wardrobe, elevator. Thank you for the video.

I am surprised why VTP hasn't fallen yet

Hey Nikhil i always thought that you show genuine projects but vtp is having so many issues with handover delays and what not. I am sure you would know this and still endorsing the developer, you lost my trust😢

Buyer to check before investing....its within flood line. Don't just believe approved documents, sales talks but check reality during rainy season. Lot's of video available on YouTube.
Or else discuss with existing VTP atherous or Earth1 owners...

Pretty sure its not legal, even if it is, it was legalized, how we all know and even if it is legalized, do not buy here, it is on the river flood plains. We saw what happened few years ago in Pune. Shame on Gov for approving such projects which are directly destroying our mother nature.

VTP is sureshot the most shady builder in the Pune. When I was purchasing property , whichever Channel Partner used to suggest VTP projects , I would block his number immediately.
