Strong area right now & spring training facilities with Tampa Bay Rays a few miles away. I would think too expensive for younger families, but not so obviously with new schools to support it.
Cool walk around area, expensive retail shops and restaurants. Fun music events and get togethers. I will be surprised and interested how this all works in this economic down cycle for real estate and extra dollars to pay higher retail while the rest of Florida and the country is complaining.

Beautiful community no doubt we’ve been there but it’s a little too close to the coast homeowners/flood insurance premiums are much higher compared to other newer communities East of I75 further from the beach but lower stress levels, so inland we go….

You pay taxes to North Port not Venice. You are NOT NEAR THE BEACHES

I’m so tired of you realtor saying Wallen Park is in Venice. It is not in Venice. It is in Northport 100% Northport you pay Northport taxes you have Northport police you have Northport garbageman you pay Northport taxes you’re not in Venice so stop telling people that Well Park is in Venice and no part. Is it in Venice it is all in Northport except for Boca grande which is an Inglewood.
