Yes, DaouOffroad are a real couple who have been dating for years now. As you may know, they started out on the survival T-pop reality show LAZ iCON where they competed to become members of a T-pop boy group. They became members of the temporary project group LAZ1 in 2022, which -- just like most K-pop and C-pop trainee survival show groups -- was only contracted to promote for a limited time. Daou was the No. 1 contestant on the show, which allowed him the chance to pick members, and even though Offroad wasn't ranked as one of the top contestants, Daou saved him so that he could become a member of LAZ1 with him.

Even when DaouOffroad were members of T-pop group LAZ1 many people shipped them together and speculated they were really dating. Daou has even said they have been together for more than 5 years now, so that would mean that they have been a couple long before they even became members of LAZ1. And, yes, they even have couple rings, couple necklaces and so much more.

You definitely need to check out some of DaouOffroad's live performances. :D Daou is now a very successful solo T-Pop artist who is also known for his high notes and dancing and, as you can see, he and Offroad often perform together. Offroad is more focused on his acting, but he also occasionally releases music.

After LAZ1 disbanded after a year of promoting and performing as a group, DaouOffroad became even more well-known for their acting together as a BL couple. (But they also have solo acting projects, as well.) They have had three series together so far, which are all worth checking out:
> Love in Translation in 2023.
> Century of Love in 2024.
> The Wicked Game in 2025.

Their first drama together, "Love in Translation," was also loosely based on their own personal story. And they even have their own reality show vlog series called Ouroad: Closefriend, which shows them just living their lives together. How much more evidence do people need that they are a real couple? :D

Daou has even specifically clapped back at haters and said he can't stand it when people call them a "ship" because that term completely disrespects them as a couple and implies that what they have and how they feel about each other is fake and not true. However, as Daou says, their relationship isn't up for debate, nothing they do is pretend or done for "fan service" and their feelings for each other are real. But that doesn't mean they should be required to put their whole lives on public display. He says their relationship is personal and private and they just want to live their lives without worrying about what other people think or whether what they do will be misunderstood.

Daou and Offroad are also both members of the company Open Label, which is under the Thai entertainment/TV network One31. Open Label is their personal management company, that was created specifically to represent them. This allows them to be independent artists, so they can work with whomever they want without restrictions.

Which is why, it's just so frustrating the amount of disrespect they still get from the public, who refuse to believe that they are a real couple. I mean, just because DaouOffoad have careers where they aren't always working together, that doesn't mean that changes their status as a couple. Just like most couples in this world, no one is always together 24/7. Most people have their own jobs and careers, so why is it such a scandal when a member of a BL couple does something without their partner? For example, just because Offroad is in a drama without Daou, or because Daou had an event that Offroad was unable to attend, that doesn't mean they broke up. (It's very similar to the frustration that ZeeNunew have felt over the years as well, because they have also confirmed their relationship multiple times and people still refuse to believe them, too. Just because Zee is seen with a female model at a fashion show event or Nunew performs at an event or concert with another singer, that doesn't mean ZeeNunew's relationship has changed or is fake.) Everyone is allowed to have their own friends and lives that doesn't always include each other. That doesn't diminish their love for each other or their relationship in any way. If anything, that only proves they are even more of a real couple because they are secure enough in their love that they can have their own dreams and space as individuals and yet still support each other as a couple. This is a sign of a healthy relationship, not one that is full of problems. I'd be more suspicious of those couples who are only seen working together and never seen doing anything without the other. Now that screams fake, or "fan service," to me more than if a member of a couple is seen spending time with other people.

Daou is a social butterfly -- an extreme extrovert -- and is friends with literally everyone in the Thai entertainment industry, which explains why the things he is involved in are so diverse and he has collaborated with so many other artists, actors and companies. And although Offroad is very much an introvert, he is the "it boy" that everyone who  knows him is a super fan of because he is so kind, cute and loveable. Yes, they are definitely one of Thailand's power couples.

DaouOffroad are also really good friends with ZeeNunew. Daou even sings the OST song "I Trust You" for ZeeNunew's drama The Next Prince -- which has an official MV -- and he was a cast member alongside Nunew in the new reality game show Running Man Thailand. Offroad was also a guest for several episodes of Running Man Thailand. (It's even rumored that Nunew may have been the one to cause Daou to break his finger during filming of Running Man Thailand. LOL) DaouOffroad and ZeeNunew also perform together at special events and concerts, etc. on occasion.

5 years in a relationship & they are still so clingy, love to kiss and hug and don't care about the single community & they are right, i love that they are not scared to show their love in front of everyone. (they have being in a relationship since 2021, before being in a groupe together and before being a BL CP) .

This is definitely one of my favorite couples. It seems whenever their career is doing well they try to keep their relationship status very ambiguous.

When they were pre-debut and fresh off the idol survival show they hid the fact that they lived together. Daou lied about having a roomate named “George” and would use George when speaking to OffRoad while on live (fans found out ofc).

Then when the group disbanded Daou became bold and would crash out on live a couple of times about how him and OffRoad were a couple and people needed to leave them alone.

Now ever since they entered the Thai BL industry they’ve gone back to keeping it on the down low and claim to be close friends. Sometimes OffRoad or Daou will slip up and refer to each other as faen (boyfriend in Thai). But I think now it is just an open secret in the industry.

I think they just prefer to keep it private and honestly good for them.
