Another developer showing DTG how to do a route

It’s the very definition of a passion project.

Well done Firefly. And thank you for this wonderful route

“You can even lock yourself in there for an entire guard shift”

YES! FINALLY! A Built in panic room I can go to when the next stop is 2 minutes away and I have 69 tickets to check

This Electrostar actually sounds the most accurate, the squeaking when applying the break is a thing on most if not all electrostars.

Great route and firefly simulations could do the southeastern mainline next from tonbridge to London Cannon Street and London Charing Cross

3 words to describe this route
Cheap Phenomal and Peak

@YoungOldGrump99 6 months ago

Even the rainfall looks better, especially at night, no giant shards of ice falling.

I do wish they would implement a proper blue hour instead of pink/purple hour or seeing sunrise or sunset illuminating scenery despite a full overcast setting which I assume is a core thing. other than that an incredible route.

Very much enjoyed the review.

I have to say as console player and i have given this route some play and i have not noticed any stutter or blur so far which is a plus for me.

8:35 ABSOLUTE EARGASM🙏🙏✨✨

The Signaller... The sounds...
This is very hard for me to say but... This might be.. even better than Preston - Carlisle...

One small feature I’m not sure if you saw at one of the stations on the outside, but a set of traffic lights is even interactive and actually work like the would IRL! One of my favourite features! 😊

@herrhornbuckele5227 5 months ago

These details and "expert features" are amazing and I love every bit about it, goes for the German expert trains too. I'm so happy we have third party developers so we don't have to beg DTG for these features and listening to them telling us why we can't have it under any circumstance.

Can’t remember what stations it’s at but, if you exit the station you can press the pedestrian crossing button and the crossing will change and you can cross the road

@kevintaylor6163 6 months ago

I went to Paddock Wood Station today to see the Allington aggregates train 😊 However it was hauled by a class 59 loco. Must say they have really captured the route really well. Will be getting the DLC as a birthday present.

Simply the best UK route DLC to date for TSW, its absolutely awesome. Top work Firefly.

11:40 now imagine that but on in cab DOO cameras! Oh my wow the potential meter is broken!.

28:39 you can use god mode to set INI per route

@Judepeters01 6 months ago

17:20 yep, I noticed this to and asked jetwash as to why it’s like this over on the forums and he said it’s a core issue therefore meaning it’s out of firefly’s hands, bit of a shame I know 😀.

One downfall is the sounds of the class 375/3 and Class 375/6 on PS5. Once it gets fixed I’ll be playing it again. But overall the route is a superb route.

@johnhammond-x1w 6 months ago

playing on ps5 happy to say i have had no problems at all love this root playing as passenger its been great

@AndyBurbidge 6 months ago

You say that it needs more variety of stock, but I believe all types are in there as per real life, and all that’s missing is subclasses such as the 375/8. I don’t know what else they can add, apart from more loco variety.
