This is probably a very niche thing but I worked as a helicopter crewman/rescue swimmer in the navy and the moon brightness was actually important to know whenever we would do night mission planning and I got a lot of use out of it

just finished making garlic bread and filtered coffee and teddy dropped a new video, I'm having fun today

You are the death of my bank account balance Teddy. I didn't know I wanted the CW C1 and you've revived my interest in the longines flagship, that gold medallion in the back is fire!

The JLC is a real showstopper in person.  I sought out the earlier reference 1368470 because the moon and stars are gold instead of silver.  With a black dial it is a gorgeous combination.

My favourite is the green Glashütte since I first saw it in some of your youtube clips. Nice to hear that you have it 👍🏻😎

Glycine used to make a moonphase half-dress half-field watch for under $500. So glad I grabbed one when I did.

As an amateur astrophotographer I can guarantee you that tons of people like me really, really want to stay on top of the moon phase (you basically can't do astrophotography with the moon being too bright) :)

I really love the IWC shown here. Very clean and simple.

I got a few mechanical moonphase watches. Finding the current moonphase at your present location is not the most pleasing thing to do. A while ago I got me the Citizen Tsuki-Yomi to make that easier and is my moonphase reference. It is the first watch ever, that sets the moonphase correctly for the choosen timezone, by calculating it with the received time signal. And you can switch it between northern and southern hemisphere. I wonder that you did not mention that. It´s absolutely unique in that respect.

Love your content Teddy. Very informative. One thing I think we can all appreciate is that you always include the specs, and most importantly, the price. Keep em coming.

I gotta add a couple:
Timex Marlin Moonphase (especially with the green dial)
Loresum LS04 (2nd gen)

It is actually really useful to know the current phase so you can apply herbicides at the correct times and prune etc. Having it on your watch just makes it that much easier to remember. Really wish we would see even more watches with this.

Wearing the loresum LS04 nearly daily for 4 months now and am very happy about it

Next time I’m in Cleveland I’m coming to your store

Appreciate teddy for showing a watches which are affordable too ,not a swiss only watch snob like many otherw watch channels

I’m a big Tudor fan but that moon phase missed the mark. I think what I don’t like about it is that the moon is the same color as the clouds and makes it hard to read or appreciate.

My favorite complication.
Great list.

This video couldn't have come out at a better time. I'm was planning to pick up my first watch this Sunday and I've been eyeing the Longinges Flagship Heritage Moonphase for a while!

I have the silver dial Citizen. I highly recommend it, it weighs nothing, and changing the time zone is so easy and you never lose any time with that atomic time keeping. Looks great on a strap if you match it to the dial too

The Longines Flagship Heritage Moonphase is a beauty, but only comes in one size.  For those of us with larger wrists, Longines Master Collection Moonphase also comes in a 42mm.
