COME RUN LONDON MARATHON 2026 WITH ME!! Wow, I am still feeling all the emotions since running London Marathon. This has been a dream I never thought I was even allowed to dream! I started running back in 2020 and I was morbidly obese and unable to run for more than 30 seconds. I would never have believed that that same body and mind would be completing London Marathon. Always believe in yourself and ALWAYS want more for yourself. It's not about what you can do it's about what you deserve and THIS FEELING of crossing that finish line is what we all deserve for our hard work running all those miles, all those days and all those tears!

This is for my running buddies!!

Lucy! So amazing to watch. I also ran London. It was my first marathon. I have lost 100lb and gone from zero fitness to marathoner. I can't tell you how much you have helped me on that journey. I believed I could do it because I saw you do it. Also just giving Matt kudos here. What an amazingly supportive and proud hub 🥺 xx

I'm so impressed by the people who had later start times and still finished when it was hot, congrats!

I'm bloody crying watching this, how genuine you are, and it's so obvious how much it means to you, and the emotions. And somehow, despite the physical exhaustion and everything you still managed to blooming speak to the camera, smile to the camera and remain so upbeat! It's insane! You're so inspiring, and thank you so much for being so real! 💛

You bloody legend! No walking and no crying 🎉🎉. Congratulations, you made it!!! Thanks to Matt for being your gopher, you’ve got an amazing support person!
I ran my first 10km the other week, and I was dead afterwards. But I am inspired by you so much and aiming for a half marathon this year as a result ❤❤

Lucy, I genuinely got emotional watching this video. I’ve watched your journey through injury, recovery and all those darn hill workouts and to see you capture the beauty of London as you ran it and the spirit of that marathon, just filled me up, it really did. When you ran across that iconic bridge, it just got to me. You ran the entire 5+ hours 😳😳. Isn’t it incredible that all these years of putting in the miles had your legs going on autopilot for all that time, even through struggle and pain. I also loved how you did it with Matt and he could help you when you needed it and keep your spirits up ❤. Your daughter must be very proud of the two of you for the ways you help and support each other. Thank you for sharing this slice of London, all this way to me in California 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️👏👏.

I am so freaking proud of you! Amazing! You've worked so hard for this, and deserve all the kudos.

I honestly didn't think I would try running again after breaking my ankle last year, but you've inspired me to try again. I went and signed up for the London marathon lottery, which I know confidently is not going to happen, but I figure if I train as if I have to run a marathon in a year, there's no harm in it!

@22:28 - Running is so popular now that there is so much expectation for all runners to work towards running a Marathon! It really has been normalised far too much. Well done on completing yet another incredible challenge!
