The State Medical Service reported: issuance of already made passports to men of draft age abroad — only if there is a valid military registration document in the Reserve+. Where does this requirement come from? The procedure for checking military documents in consulates (resolution No. 981) has been approved, but has not yet been put into effect — not earlier than February 2027. And the State Enterprise "Document" is not a consular institution at all. I'll analyze what is known now, who it does not apply to, and what to do if there is a "wanted" in Reserve+.
