Fellas…..I was a teenager in the 70’s and what you have to realize that Bad Company was just another good band to us. During that decade great bands were all over the place, I mean HOF bands. Every weekend there was a house party somewhere playing all this great music, a great time to be a teenager

'Shooting Star' ♥ Bad Company

Bad Company was recently inducted into the Rock and Roll HOF.

Lead singer Paul Rodgers was in a group previous to Bad Company. That group is called FREE. The first concert I ever attended was FREE. They had a huge hit song I’m sure you’ve heard before called All Right Now.

When Led Zepplin created their own label Bad Company were the first band they signed to their label.

Oh hey, Paul Rodgers was in a band with Jimmy Page in the 80s called the Firm.

The Firm. Paul and Page. 😊

They had the Led Zeppelin seal of approval so yes a great band.  Paul Rogers the vocalist played with Jimmy Page in The Firm in the 80s.

Great Soul singer in a great rock band.

Bad Company is a top 5 band for me, Paul Rodgers has the elite vocals.

This was our theme song for our JV football team in high school. We played this before games walking out of the locker room! We went 8-0 that year! We were perfect as this song! We were Bad Company till the end of time!🖤

Yes...Zeppelin signed them to their label SwanSong!

Deep hole you are looking at with this band🎉

The first 4 albums are iconic. Some would add the 5th. Some would add more.
The 2nd albun, Straight Shooter is up there with the best of them. Hard to beat Good Loving Gone Bad, Feel Like Making Love, and Shotting Star on one side of an album.

Paul Rodgers is one the greatest blues rock singers ever.  Their first album kind of like the Cars, Boston debut albums, most of the songs got FM airplay back in the day. From that album Rock Steady, I Can't Get Enough, Movin On, Ready For Love and Bad Co all got airplay. Personally i like Rock Steady for great vocals, dark blues rock groove song.

More Bad Company: 'Feel Like Makin' Love', 'Shooting Star'. They are legends! Also lead singer was in the band Free...their iconic song is, 'All Right Now'!!!

Zeppelin always knew what was great and Bad Co is another great band, and I loved to listen to them, just mot as much as Zeppelin. When I wanted to concentrate on work, drawing, or planning this was the band I lsiten to. like Zeppelin, I knew all the words and now so many years later I still know all the words and love to sing them with the albums. I never had the pleasure to see them live.

Evening Guys: Lead Singer Paul Rodger’s was labeled “The Voice” early 70’s prior to Steve Perry in Journey.

Saw Paul Rodgers several years ago & he was still amazing - Paul Rodger’s toured with Queen after Freddie passed…..amazing voice thru the decades…

Back in the day, songs were listed, like on MTV, or in a Juke Box, with the song title, album name and band name.  I always liked that this song was listed as - Bad Company, Bad Company, Bad Company.

Legend has it that Paul Rogers sang this song late at night in a dark area outside with all the recording equipment outside and he did it in one take.
