Me with a face lathered in coconut oil
“Oh that’s lovely” 🌚

The results I’ve seen in just one week are phenomenal! THANK YOU♥️ please post more videos! Also, love your face. You’re so beautiful

I was seriously considering having a procedure to remove my double chin until I stumbled upon your videos along with glow healthy! My double chin and neck rolls are gone in 2 months!!! THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!

guys this is not CAP it really works if u put 100% effort

I’ll do results, this is my first day of doing the exercises and it’s March 4th

day one - (march 4) = I just did it and my face feels VERY lifted and my face hurts abit but I think it’s meant to feel that way, but I feel very good and I can feel the tension in my muscles, so yeah good so far!!

day two: my face does feel very lifted and kind of hurts but I can see a bit of difference, so that’s good! :)

day three - I skipped

day four - I did it today, THANK GOD, I could feel the burn and I can some noticeable changes my cheekbones definitely look more defined then day one, and it’s kind of helping my skin get clearer? I don’t know if that’s just me but yeah! amazing changes

okay so it’s been like over a week and let me just TELL YOU, this is just amazing my face looks so much more lifted and it’s crazy how different it looks from just a week ago. i have been doing it everyday and night, and it’s very effective I’m going to carry on and tell u how it goes !

i am back, it’s been a while some of the days I do it and some of the days I don’t but I will tell u this does work and my face is just wow. i love this exercise for my face so much and I do recommend it . my face looks really lifted and the puffiness has gone down ALOT which is incredible. my face also looks more symmetrical on some parts, overall so good

(like to keep me reminded)

Everyone who sees this video. Let me tell you guys this is gold and once you give it time and patience, the results turns extremely great.

The results I've seen are crazy ! I went from a somewhat square face to an almost V shape (I'm largely exaggerating because I don't know how to explain it otherwise).
I am in awe of how much my face has changed. Thank you for this video !

i think i’m doing this wrong way. i started exercises 4 days ago and now looking at the mirror and guess what i see? A handsome guy! But problem is.. i am woman. İ am really handsome hot woman. Thanks.

I just want you to know it has been years. I’m not always consistent, but any time I do a face massage, I ALWAYS go back to your videos, especially this one. Never stop putting your content out there in the world! Or at least, please don’t remove what you’ve released. You’re always appreciated even at times where you may not see or realize it. Thank you for improving this part of my life, and giving others the opportunity to do so as well :)

This tutorial created a cute jawline for me that even my coworkers noticed and asked if i got fillers .Thank you.

Wait... this may be the most effective video I’ve came across (& trust me I’ve gone through HUNDREDS) thank you so much!!!!

I`m in shock right now, litteraly it lifted my eye, I took a photo and one eye is lower that the other, this works 🤯 now im doing the other part 😂

It's just been TWO DAYS and omg I'm already seeing results !!!! Y'all have got to give this a try❤️

i don’t ever leave reviews but wow the difference this made in a few days is insane!! thank u so much!! 10/10

The blush on the face u get aftr this massage is magical ✨

I'm gonna do this everyday :))TRUST ME I WILL DO THIS EVERY WEEK NOW I WONT FORGET
Week 1: ok but OMG my double chin is very close to gone and my cheeks are little more shaped, their not as round and chubby anymore
Week 2:  the back of my cheeks by the ears is more shaped not as chubby or round like it used to be.
Week 3: my jawline is Definitely more shaped and not as chubby as it was
update:I don’t think it’s much of a permanent thing, if u have chubby cheeks bc of genetics. The only thing that stayed was the more defined jawline but this DEFINITELY works
Update!!!!! : hello pretty loves, I did stop a while ago so I won’t be updating but I just wanted to say that this works very good incase anyone came to comments to check if it works ALSO my double chin isn’t big it’s pretty small, so in the first week my double chin was almost gone but just wanted to let y’all know that I’m pretty sure that if you have one your double chin will be not gone in the first week  <—— to the ones that were curious. <3

I will try to do this for a week
Day 1- I just finished and my face feels so good and it’s warm
Day 2- Idk but like my face looks kinda small
Day 3- I just did this in the morning and my face is not puffy anymore
Day 4- I look so good after doing it
5/6/21- I stopped doing it for a while but now that I did it my face feels and looks way better
