I'm so glad I came across your video. Im stressed out and terrified. Im 54 years old, and I need to have both hips replaced. Im bone on bone walking with a cane, embarrassed, and in disbelief. Feeling like Im too young for this. I've been trying everything from chiropractic, PT to natural remedies for arthritis and detoxiing to avoid having the surgeries, but nothing is working. I needed to see someone's journey, and I came across your video. Thank you for showing me that someone much younger than I is going through the same issue and made it through. Thank you for sharing your story. I’m 27 & almost 3 weeks post-op total hip replacement. This procedure is hard for any one of any age. The 1st week was hard for me too. The hardest part about this whole process has been keeping my mental strong. Thank you posting this video. It’s encouraging.

You rock sister! Had my right hip done at 36, 9 months post partum with my first child. Left hip has some arthritis in it- hoping to get a few more years out of it before another surgery. Thanks for sharing this video. So encouraging to so many. You are a LIGHT!!

I’m a little older 57 and 3weeks post op Left Total Hip Replacement, and I wish there was some to tell me about this….  I feel like I got all the things!!!

Thank you for sharing your story. I also have lupus. I was diagnosed having it 2001 and it's definitely a rollercoaster nightmare. Make sure to become friends with sunscreen!  I hope that all is going well with you!

Birmingham, UK here....I'm a 71yrs old retired nurse.  My issues started approximately 50 yrs ago when I experienced acute pain in my hip.  Investigations discovered I had Congenital Hip Dysplasia. I was advised I would eventually need surgery.  Fast forward and I has developed  severe bilateral Osteoarthritis and both hips need replacing.  I had my first total hip replacement on Sat 27/6/26.  What suprised me most was the expected surgery to discharge  time frame. In the UK  physiotherapy,  using walking aids, stairs  and discharge is within 24hrs. My biggest  frustration is going from point A-B and not able to safely carry  anything. I'm slowly getting to grips  with  post-operative  exercises and limitations
