looks like it's the masterpiece by some artist from Renaissance

why did you skip the transitions of color on the skin :(

My man put GREEN on the piece and i was like "nahhh dude, green?" Needless to say i ate shit after the transition

I'd really like it if this was a timelapse, we're definitely missing quite a few stages

The softness in her face is just unbelievable.

i'm so curious how the change from 3:48 to 3:51 happened... the skin looked so real all of a sudden. would have loved to see this happen in detail. the outcome is gorgeous

I was actually really interested in how you were going to turn the green into a skin tone. It’s a shame you skipped that part

where did the green color go? i was like why is he using green?? true masterpiece... very beautiful....

What people confuse about those green color in the skin, my analyze is :
- Maybe the color from pencil mix together and change into other colors.
- Maybe that green color in the skin was the base color.

This coloring technique is really true master skills. And what make me more surprising is that he can adjust the value of the colors directly into canvas.

Bouguereau’s painting breathes, it lives, it is not just a drawing or painting.
It has “ soul”.

It's like the artist is painting with those pencils.

Beautiful ! Interesting technique, starting skin color with a green basis.

Bouguereau  was INCREDIBLE! I have seen his paintings live at the Denver art museum. The children he painted had a glow to them, and a joy, and wonder about them that was almost miraculous. Also the backgrounds were intimate, and would fit the subjects perfectly. The man lost children, and even though he was a master at the French school, he was no stranger to sadness and much of what we all go through. He once stated that when he got up in the morning, he could not wait to get to the studio to paint. And that was usually all day!

Idk why I got it in my recommendation but I’m so glad it happened. Thanks For sharing such a lovely masterpiece

awe man the shadows on the face at 4:00 was amazing. Why dull it down? I'm more in the camp of Caravaggio when it comes to lighting.

put the video at top speed and enjoy

I’m surprised a lot of people don’t know that green is a natural undertone for fair skin. It’s mostly in the shadow areas of the face while red/pink are usually in high points transitioning to shadows. Fun fact to blow your mind: Blue and purple can be used also as shadow undertones for fair skin. 😁

Most realistic 👏👌

I would have love to see the full process even if it was at high speed

I'd rather a timelapse than skipped scenes.
Beautiful work in the end.
