Foose is very humble, a gentleman!

Chip Foose telling you that he likes your vehicle and that you have a great crew is one of the best compliments you can get in this industry.

The fact that Richard really wanted Foose's approval is awesome. Great interaction between them.

Im an automotive painter with 21 years of trigger time and I'd make a move just to clean the toilets just to work for Chip Foose. He inspired me a very long time ago to stick with it and love the passion of the art.

Foose is on another level than Rawlings. Love both old shows but Foose is one of the top five builders in the world.

My childhood was built by chip foose and his show. Would wait all week for overhaulin to come out and loved the overhaulin marathons. Guy is a legend in my eyes

Three guys that just buy and sell cars, then you have Chip Foose the automotive legend, custom car builder.:face-green-smiling:

Even though Richard is not a builder, he has a good eye and ideas. He finances a team and provides them with good equipment to be successful. I have respect for the man.

That kid shaking getting an autograph from a car guy makes it all worth it

Just no comparison whatsoever. Chip Foos is an absolute gentleman and an amazing designer. Rawlings is a showman. Dennis is also a good guy.

Oh hey! That's my Crown! Thanks for sticking that in there guys! I actually stole Chip Foose for about 20 minutes towards the end of the show and got a chance to talk to him about old Toyotas and garage paint jobs. What an amazing experience. I'll definitely be back next year.

Foose - high end designer & builder that also has a great team! Rawlings is a salesman with a team that should get the credit!

Everyone’s ragging on Richard in the comments but I’ve never heard him claim that he is a custom fabricator or a mechanic. You can see there’s a genuine heartfelt moment when chip is sitting in the driver seat of Richard‘s car and you can see it setting in as Richard realizes how far he’s come. I guarantee you no one in the comment section has done a fraction of what Richard’s accomplished in his life, the teams he has built-in carried the families he’s fed the miles. He’s traveled the smiles he’s put on faces from restaurants, bars, merch, cars, shops, shows and everything in Between.
