Hey girlies, the reason women automatically get full custody is because you can't question if they're the mother, but a man needs to claim a child in order to have parental rights. Hence, the marriage or the birth certificate. It's not about giving more rights to the mother; it’s logistical. Once a man claims a child, he has 100 per cent access to his child. Court only comes in when a couple breaks up and needs to come up with an arrangement around custody. Most men do not ask for anything more than 50/50 custody, and when they don’t, the court usually gives it to them. They just rarely do.

If the parents are married the man automatically has the same parental rights. If they aren’t married he’s not automatically on the birth certificate so would need to apply for PR

I am the same with the tampons 😭😭 it is so annoying. Side note to the grandparents not having rights to the children, it doesn’t matter if it is mum or dad. I work in family law and it just depends on the person, I wouldn’t say there is a trend in gender and I wouldn’t say the system favours the mum, the Court usually looks like what the routine was before the split and only stops contact if there is a problem with abuse or etc Honestly it depends on the Judge tbf that’s the thing, it is not always the outcome you expect it is like a lottery

Yes to the tampon thing it happens to me too haha. It's wee on the tampon. My theory is that either pushing too much when wee, or the tampon isn't inserted high enough but it's so annoying!

Anna got back with her ex and mandi mindset on marriage changed so did Anna both have said in recent ep that they dont care about marriage and or want it any more now they saying they do when with those guys its not gonna happen and I want to believe that they know that but will settle with with these men for now..
