Whitney was on drugs but back in those days people lives were more secretive. Now in the days of social media nothing is a secret. It's sad what drugs can do to a person.
I was blessed to be at the Super Bowl the year Whitney sang the anthem, and it remains one of the biggest thrills of my life. Magic. Pure musical genius.
No one " GENUINELY " care for this woman of grace and style. It was all about the money " EXPLOITATION " that was schedule to be given out. If someone cared , they would find a way to touch her heart and soul. No person has gone so far that it is impossible to turn back. Ms. Whitney you have gone home from whence you came . Many on lookers like myself treasured those fine moments you spend with us. I just pray to the lord to give you grace and mercy. ( WITH LOVE ) from a Brother you never met. R.I.P.
Man!! This was recorded eight years before Whitney died..she must have watched it..can u imagine watching ur life thrashed out like this on a mucky tv show..no wonder she succumbed to the darkness. God bless you Whitney. Your music lives.
So disrespectful, such negativity & hate...until U have walked a mile (or even one minute!) in Whitney's shoes, what gives U the right to judge her? Let her rest in peace. Love U Nippy!
Whitney Houston is/was a legitimate ICON. She was also human. Like many of us her life was made up of a series of peaks & valleys - ultimately she left us way too soon. I simply cannot fathom how difficult it must have been for her to have all her challeges/missteps exposed to the world in real time (tabloid coverage of them becoming a cottage industry). Lord, is she missed :(
I hate how they try to portray Whitney. Anything they don’t understand they criticize. Leave Whitney alone. No one knows what she had to endure. Rest I Peace Whitney. We love you. We lived your music and all you gave.
