This was a B side record. A hidden treasure for early Prince fans. One of my top five favorites 💜

He was, is and always will be THE best

Prince was reborn with 3rdEyeGirl, playin some of his best rock in years! Shout out to Donna Grantis (guitar) Ida Nielsen (bass) n Hannah Welton/Ford (drums) for havin his back!🙏🏽

Prince was FANTASTIC in his LIVE performances!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I love this song, you guys are right there were a ton of songs that people don't appreciate because they prefer the better known ones. You should react to more Prince.

PRINCE 4 EVER , WE MISS U BELOVED GREATLY , THA G.O.A.T.

So many priceless moments in this, but one of my favorites is that ridiculous drum fill by Hannah Welton, and then you see Prince's face and he looks absolutely delighted by, and proud of, this band.

One of his many great b sides and one of my all-time favorite  licks from the Purple One...RIP RudeBoy!!

Ida Nielsen was about 36 when Prince started the collaboration with her so when your wife turns 36 remember to call her granny.

This was wonderful. The whole show was 🔥🔥🔥 There’s another great live version from Manchester in the UK that’s fabulous too. This song was the B side to Raspberry Beret. His B sides are better than most artists A sides. Prince live is always better! His best songs are definitely not the radio hits. My favourites are the deep cuts. And he has so much music it’s unreal. You could react to Prince only and have so much to go through, it would take you years. More Prince please 🙏🏻

The girls were his final backup band , 3rdEyeGirl. I saw him live 17 times. MIND-BLOWING 😮 everytime. He called her grandma because she's a grandmother.

The basplayer is a danish woman who goes under the name Bas Ida (real name ida nielsen)  51 yers old. She was 1 of the 3 girls that Prince formed as a backup band called 3 eyedgirl. Like the former backup bands The Revolution and The New Power Generation

I was there that show
Montreux jazz festival 2013  3 shows this was nr3
Never forget it

And this was a b side. S on of his b sides are so banging. Great to check 17 days live too.

Prince released 4 jazz albums. This song is about his ex girlfriend and backup singer Jill Jones. Some of his best songs song are non albums song released a b-sides to his singles.

Ida just become a grandmother that day ...here daughter got a baby

🔥🎸

There is a video of this made in 1999 that might be something you would like. It’s really good, much better than this one(in my opinion).

The liiiiive shows for Prince were the best. I think that the only studio version that is better is When Doves Cry

I prefer the version he played in Denmark
