Over a year ago I reviewed Harry Potter And The Philosophers Stone (or sorcerers stone if your a pleb). After an extremely long wait I'm back with the second part in my series to review all of the Harry Potter Games on console in order! Aka Gamecube, playstation 2 or Xbox! This series was made to build up to an eventual announcement for the then unamed open world RPG Harry Potter game, Magic Awakened or something like that. But now the game has been announced, Hogwarts Legacy for the next Gen consoles which has reinvigarated my desire to finish this series so here we go!
Heres to hoping that some of the later games in the series are somewhat fun...

First Review of Harry Potter And The Philosopher's Stone - Harry Potter And The Philosopher's Stone -...

Next is Prisoner of Azkaban on the xbox!

Chamber of secrets on ps2 came before Philosopher's stone. The ps2 version of philosopher's stone was the remake of the ps1 version using this game's engine

I wish they kept all the HP games with this style I grew up with PS2 version, then played GC version and recently played the PC version Prisoner of Azkaban was good just kinda short and no quidditch. C of S is my favorite I beat over 100 times

Hey Chester, Awesome Review! I’ve played Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets for GameCube! You’re going to love Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban for GameCube! 🥰😍The Freeroaming aspect was very lively and I thought it would benefited Goblet of Fire

What was the name of the song, that you put at the title card intro! When you showed the name of the game

Thanks for this review. I was wondering if this game would be as bad as the first HP one on the gamecube.

As someone else mentioned, this game came before Philosopher's Stone, so it makes sense PS is a little better in terms of QoL

But also, you show footage of ghosts when saying the game gives you no way to deal with enemies... doesn't Lumos defeat those if you shine the light at them long enough?

Control-wise idk, that might just be a Gamecube issue, seemed fine on PS2.

In regards to stealth, while I didn't mind those sections, I always found it rather odd that Harry has an Invisibility Cloak and just... never uses it at all?

My memories of this game were too good probably one of my most played ps2 games but I will probably never play it again because it's not all that good
