Exactly its not the patients its the coworkers that make the job so hard

Yea Amazon pays way more. It’s crazy! CNAs do a lot of labor. Lifting and turning heavy bedridden patients. And caring for patients with mental illnesses that causes them to become aggressive and even violent. It’s alot for so little pay!

I’m in Yonkers NY. What’s horrible is abusive CNAs and they’re the favorites of mangement. I’m home sick with strep throat. I get 23 an hour. No benefits and they don’t pay for lunch. I hate it. But love making the patients happy. ❤I’m tired.

Girl that's why I let some of CNAs know if you want to be in entry level health  care  be a pharmacy technician drug stores train and help you get your license these days.

You have to be a travel cna if you want to make money. My friend just took an assignment for $1200 a week for 13 weeks. That's $30 an hour.

Real talk, these companies don't care about their employees. Its all about money

Me too I am taking the leap of faith. I’m done completely. Not doing it anymore. Wasted my damn time F the license. The disrespect and Low pay breaking my damn body down and I got PTSD. This girl saiid she did home health and she hated it. Going to work to be abused and talked down to like trash.  We do so much. I’m looking for a remote work from home . I was helping people and what I get crumbs. The agency’s are trash as well

I left the nursing home I was at and started doing agency I make $22hr plus and $33 for time/ half  I’m not committing to no more places as long as I work as a cna but I just graduated for esthetician and planning my way out this medical field

Truth! Very very.  Cna is only meant to be a stepping stone to continue your education in nursing  or support services.  CNA is the most abusive job to be in! It really needs to be addressed many CNA have suffered abuse in the workforce from facilities patients family members and most of all Nurses I know some that have to get therapy because of this! It's really bad.

CNAs should make 20$ an hour I know a lot of CNAs who complain about being the only one on da floor no one help, people constantly calling in it seems like a headache

They should pay at least 17/18. Does not matter what state you really won’t make anything. If you find something more than 20 then you’re lucky

This video was good. I was a nurse technician & now I am a RN at 24. You can do it & relate how some RN's feel like they are too good.... I always said I never wanna be that NURSE. We are all here for one purpose which are the patients
