No one will ever equal Scott in my heart. In the years since his competitive skating he used professional skating as a platform to help so many people. He’s been through so much in the last years, but he never throws himself a pity party. He’s a Godly family man, still a cheerleader for skating, and has the most open caring spirit of anyone. ❤️
No one can ever match his Footwork and his charm with the audience. To have overcome so many challenges, losses of loved ones he has and always will have the love of fans and his family of professional skaters. Love you Scott ❤
I’ve seen Scott in SOI several times and as he skates by, he gives the audience a look as if to say “Hi, I’m Scott and I love you all!” That bright smile was always there.
This is the kind of person that should be president. I used to love watching him when I was a kid. The fact that he is such an awesome person isn't surprising. Somehow, that came through in all of his performances. 🥰
What a man. So greatful for his courage, strength, service to humanity. He was a huge part of my growing up image of a great athlete and man. I loved watching him skate.
Scott was in one of my classes when I did my student teaching at Bowling Green Junior High. I think he taught me as much about my role as a teacher as my college instructors did. Awesome kid. Even better man.
Saw Stars on Ice every year for almost two decades until I became ill myself. Can’t thank Scott enough for the joy he has brought millions over the years. But especially, thank you, Scotty, for the joy that you brought to my life. I hope I face my physical challenges as well as you have.
When Scott skated, he was performing for everyone, not just himself. My mom and I were big fans — his skating was sublime and we felt like we knew him every time he performed. He is such an inspiration.
