For a while now, I've wanted to buy a real kebab machine for home so I could make my own kebabs. I finally gave in and I'm sharing my first homemade batch of 10kg kebabs!

My marinade recipe:
1 onion
1 large clove of garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
400g plain yogurt
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
4 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp Espelette pepper
