Just wow. Nothing superfluous, everything is authentic, immersive, every detail has meaning, some inventive tricks. Bravo.

How the porch deck was done is genius. It looks perfect.

And you actually made it cheap too, bless you. Some people I see make low income houses in sims 4, and then the house plus the lot will cost like 200k on the gallery 😂

I love your video, even though the house is run down, it has a quiet kind of charm and a touch of sadness attached to it. The music was beautiful and added to the atmosphere ❤

this reminds me of the home i used to live in before i moved to my boyfriend's house (but mine was even more run down, cramped with stuff and very trashy), great job, it depicts well the reality of being broke :')

insanely realistic, didn't know that level of realism was achieveable in this fuckass game. well done

Only simmers can make rundown look so aesthetic

Mind you, this is my first impression of you. And it’s damn good

These are the types of build videos I could watch for hours....no talking, just calming music playing in the background.

Crazy amount of details. As a non-american, I have no clue how accurate of a portrayal this is, but the attention to details does make it look realistic as far as a Sims building goes.

So hey, I've noticed that new videos are rarely appearing on your channel. I want to encourage you and say that you have some of the coolest and most atmospheric builds in the Sims community, and you simply must believe in yourself and build everything that comes to mind with all your heart and share it on your channel. You deserve many more subscribers and likes, but without active channel management, this will unfortunately not happen. So go for it, we'd all love to see more of your creative builds :3c

This one just inspire me to create a sim who can suit this poor house and fill all of it with dramatic history, and i believe the next builds of your gonna do the same for me)

The most worn out lived in and lonely new old home ever. Makes me feel sorry for the rough life it's led and wonder at the tales it could tell if only it's wall could speak. You really out did yourself.

The house turned out amazing, just wow. So many details. But while watching, I couldn't shake the thought: "Some people are just playing a game creating stuff like this, while others actually live in houses like that".

As a low-income person myself, I really appreciate this realistic build. Thank you ❤️

I love that type of home it looks like a house frozen in time back from the 80s and 90s. as someone that loves playing as a Hobo and doing my rags to riches that home looks perfect for me.

This reminds me so much of Life Is Strange, all the scenes when they're in the junkyard. The music also adds up to that nostalgic bittersweet feeling 💜

This is the most beautiful house creation in sims 4 i've ever seen. Should be more with this aesthetic by default and by EA. All the townies look rich even the one who lives in the trailer and the young adults with regular jobs.

definitely looks like a rural old appalachia house

the open kitchen being in the same room as the sofas... that's sadly so real 😞 loved the video and the house, although it brings bad memories... but someone can't avoid their past 🖤
