Sounds like yet another unwanted Ex.......this one is creeping be so far out I am looking into moving to a far away country this character is obsessive compulsive and very very dangerous, not just to me but to others as well. He ought to be ashamed, and needs to focus on other women, so easy for him to do as he is surrounded by them even at his workplace. He does not appeal to me, he deeply upsets me, and terrifies me. My heart closed to him almost a year ago, please oh please inform him unless he keeps himself and his energies away from me ASAP I will have to contact the authorities - hje has violated my personal boundaries, my peace of mind, and all of my life, he has nonsense of morality or empathy, it is all about himself to him. I am repelled by his true nature, and feral shocking ways he secretly maneuvers through this 3d reality.
