In March this year, Julie Bindel and Sall Grover, CEO of the women-only app Giggle, sat down to discuss the Tickle vs Giggle case. Roxy Tickle, a biological male who identifies as a woman, alleged they were discriminated against after being removed from the app.

Since this conversation was recorded, the Federal Court found that Roxanne Tickle was a victim of indirect discrimination, and ordered the app to pay her A$10,000 ($6,700; £5,100) plus costs. Sall Grover has now appealed the findings.
