• Desi ghee
• 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
• 2 dried red chilies
• 1 tsp coarsely ground fennel seeds

• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 100 grams sugar candy or sugar to taste
• 50 grams jaggery or to taste
• Cinnamon powder
• 1/2 tsp cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp black salt
• Red chili powder
• Black pepper powder
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
