Stanislav Drobyshevsky and Kristina Egorova discuss the film "10,000 Years BC" (2008). There was a time when man was like a wild beast, and mighty mammoths roamed the Earth. Back then, new ideas and hopes could change the course of human history. In a small mountain tribe, the mammoth hunter D'Li found his love—the beautiful Ivoleth. But the hunter's happiness was short-lived: a band of warriors attacked the village, kidnapping the girl and taking her into slavery. Together with his comrades, D'Li sets out in pursuit, crossing continents, battling primeval predators, and discovering the world. In every village, there are those willing to join D'Li on his journey—the small group grows into a vast army, pursuing the ruthless aggressors. Along the way, they must discover a vanished civilization and rescue their beloved from an evil commander determined to win her heart.
