This is what I do for my  Yorkie now. More affordable and works wonder. I have a 15 year old Yorkie who has this condition. I give him Kennel Cough by Alfa Pet comes w/instructions .I also give him Manuka Honey 3 times a day. I put about 1/4 of the honey on the tip of a of a plastic teaspoon and let him lick it a little at a time. When he gets up, 1/2 hour after his last meal and just before bedtime. He was coughing at least 10 times during day and a few times at night. Now it's more like 2-3 times a day and maybe once at night. Thank God!!!

Great tips in this video!  About two years ago, I adopted a Chihuahua with a collapsing trachea cough.  I started giving him Cosequin, which is a supplement for building cartilage which is in the trachea.  It is sold over-the-counter and has dosage instructions on the bottle. It took about a month or two to notice a difference in his coughing but after about a year he had stopped coughing altogether.  I still give him Cosequin and he is still doing great, with no coughing.

Thank you!  I was told today that my 12 yr old dog likely has a collapsed trachea and I’ve been crying all day thinking the worst and you’ve given me so much hope that it’s manageable

You know I have a 7 year old Jack Russell that I’ve tried Throat gold and several herbal mixes. Try Honey! It’s worked the best so far on my dog. Just a teaspoon or so twice a day in their food bowl. You’ll be surprised ❤️

God bless you and your angels thank you for your video

Thank you so much.  My baby girl just started coughing and I'm taking her to the vet Monday (the soonest appointment I could get) so this video was SOOO HELPFUL

Your a really good person to take care of your little buddy so well.

You have given me hope for my 3 year old Yorkie! You have a warm caring heart and it shows love and truth in this information. Honey helps so does Coloidial Silver but not for long, will try Gold Throat. Bless your effort!

thank you pixie!!  pretty sure my dog shane(pug) has collapsed trachea. I will buy the throat gold and try it.I already was running a humidifier (that helps). Something to keep in mind for other folks that have their dog on meds!  know what is med does (Real good)  ask if you don't know```as I found that in my opinion he was being over medicated which put the dog in a very different manner``basically not acting like a normal dog!! I cut back on 2 of his meds and it worked out better for him!!   Good luck everyone, it is a hard thing to see your dog go through!!       take care!

Thank you!  FYI - found throat gold on chewy for half of Amazon.  Hope it will help mine.  So scary.

Thank you so much for the “Gooby” harness tip. It is working great for my Westie Oliver and his trachea collapse. Also ordered the throat gold. Appreciate your video!!

Teddy's bark sounds ferocious, for a cute LITTLE furrry baby! Thank you.I've been using lots of different herbal treatments (from dandelion to N.A.C. & many herbs in between) Thought we were doing better then, seems he got worse. He's 14. That s came on suddenly. He's so active though. He LIVES ⬅(THAT was a typo but ima leave it there, because its more realistic!) He's always been a healthy dog on a healthy diet. But this sudden (vet says "goin into "heart disease") I say trachea. I've been all over internet studying. and studying my dog. My baby has me exhausted trying to get him better.

Thank you sooooo much. My Cypee is 14 and Minnie is six years old, Cypee coughs a lot, Minnie once in. While coughs. I will be getting this product for my doggies. I also have Toby a fourteen year old, but no symptoms yet in Toby. Thank you again, I will do what ever I can to help them both.

Did not think about the air purifier. I just got the Throat Gold yesterday so testing it now. I have noticed a big difference in weather extreme. Right now it is terrible with it being hot. We reserve walks for night or early morning and notice and improvement. I’m afraid to play because her breathing. I definitely have hope in the air purifier over the humidifier. Thanks so much.

I’ve always used a cat collar on my small dogs to wear all the time for identity. No-choke harness for walks.
