A little fox in a red scarf reaches for the moon in this pop-up book animation, made from torn washi paper.

The little fox loves the big, round moon and wants to touch it. It hops as high as it can, dips a paw into the moon's reflection in the river, climbs through a sleeping town and up to the highest mountain top. The moon stays far away, but at the summit it glows softly and shines down on the fox.

Watch the paper pieces rise from every page and share this gentle story and its music-box melodies with your little ones. It makes a cozy bedtime read-aloud.
