John Nettles, Daniel Casey, and the talented supporting ensemble brought charm, mystery, and unforgettable characters to every episode.

Can't believe it's been nearly 30 years since Barnaby started investigating the most dangerous villages in Britain! 🤯 Huge respect to the brilliant cast members we've sadly lost along the way—absolute legends who shaped classic television history

The actors of Midsomer Murders are unforgettable!👍👍👍😍

This is so awful. John Nettles is still alive. He’s 82.

Jones was always my favorite sidekick

Such an incredible nostalgia trip down memory lane! Hard to believe Midsomer Murders has been keeping us hooked on cozy British mysteries since 1997. John Nettles as Tom Barnaby and Jane Wymark as Joyce set the ultimate standard, and Neil Dudgeon, Nick Hendrix, and Annette Badland have carried the torch so brilliantly through 2026. Everyone has aged so gracefully over nearly three decades while keeping the deadly charm of Midsomer alive. Thanks for sharing this great update on such an iconic cast!

Pure British cozy mystery at its finest! Midsomer Murders proved that even the most picturesque English countryside can hide the wildist, most delightfully bizarre crimes. Barnaby's calm logic and that haunting theremin theme song make it an unbeatable comfort classic.

What a beautiful and nostalgic tribute to the Ponderosa. Seeing the Cartwrights "Then and Now" in 2026 brings back so many wonderful memories.

Why the pictures of the two actors as they are dead? They are both living

Can't believe it's been almost 30 years since Barnaby first started patrolling the deadliest county in Britain! 🤯 Huge respect to the ones we've sadly lost along the way—absolute legends who shaped television history

Nettles is 82 and is still alive and living in Devon with his second wife, Cathy.  Neil Dudgeon is not in jail. Recent reports from late 2025 and 2026 confirm that he continues to film and star in the series.

I love them all! Well done, guys!

You tube should not allow untruthful  news .

The problem is the person who took his place looks much much older than Nettles.

i love series

You are telling lies these actors are all still alive & well. I don't know how you get away with these outragious lies. I am english  living my life in Enland &  always watch  midsomer murders.

Clickbait

John Nettles is still alive. And is still acting.
