This video somehow felt old and new at the same time. I like your new style and this was like I was watching one of your tutorials from back when.

Only found your channel about two years ago, but it has been an invaluable resource for me to create great sets for all kinds of games with my friends. Hearing you talk about revenue struggles, and knowing how much i have learned from you, ill definitely pick up some stuff from your store. You are amazing man, much love from Germany!

The spray causing a slight melting of the foam really seems like a Bob Ross "happy little accident" as it really added some worn texture to the finished piece.  This set really came out nicely and goes exceptionally well with the circular "level" base.  The layered painting, the grout lines, and the texture... brilliant stuff.

Plus, Masha is always a top notch cameo for any video!

I really happy seeing terrain much more again on the channel, it just feels like you’re in your element doing projects like this.

Another advantage to using grout:  it adds weight & durability to your pieces.

Love the self-made product ad in the middle. We want to know what you're making!

YES!!! Some old school creativity rather than 3d printing. This warms my heart to see take place 👍

Can confirm the shirts are great AND actually long enough

Very cool build! I don't know why there is grout hate - has a good effect and strengthens the terrain.

I just started crafting these little dioramas for dnd and with your advice I look like a pro lol. Got people asking me for advice and i'm only on week 3. Tavern, druidic altar, and a 2ft by 2ft cobblestone mat all done. Keep pumping these videos out!

Your channel helped get me through the worst months of the pandemic. Your work has been so inspiring and consistently great! I hope you get another sponsor soon. I will absolutely try to help support the channel as soon as I can.

You were the reason I started crafting my own terrain and minis years ago. The black paint with mod podge, the cut sponge trees, dungeon tiles, etc.  Don't give up. You have been an icon in this hobby craft for many.  I will absolutely purchase some stuff from your store.

The grouting over opaque paint then painting again thing is how Hollywood does it and that's good enough for me.

The floor being lighter is absolutely realistic.
I've been in many, many castles - with roofs and without where the walls are made from the same stone as the floor and the floor is always lighter because it's dusty

I couldn't manage that cut with a single template, the old hands aren't steady enough! I'd have to have a two-piece jig that wrapped around the foam.

Haven’t actually started to watch this video specifically, here to say thanks for all your crafting tips. Watched for more than a year and on reflection I’m basically self taught 90% by your content specifically.

Seeing the varied tones and colours on the stone makes me want to repaint my old grey dungeon tiles.

Wait a minute...
I've been watching this channel for 10 years now?

Honestly, the grout looks amazing on the stairs. It's definetely worth "the extra paint job".

Hi Masha! We need more cats in crafting! My kitties love hanging out with me when I'm painting, and its awesome!
