For many years, I thought that achieving certain dreams would make me feel completely fulfilled: being an actress, making movies, living in Los Angeles, working on big projects, and building the life I had imagined since childhood. Many of those things came true… but inside, there was still a void I didn't know how to fill.
In this episode of Infinitos, I spoke with Father Ignacio Amorós Rodríguez, a priest, PhD in Systematic Theology, and author of Se buscan rebeldes (Rebels Wanted), about one of the most important questions we can ask ourselves: what truly makes us happy?
Father Ignacio told me how he went from working in investment banking, having a girlfriend, and imagining a completely different life, to discovering a calling that would eventually lead him to the priesthood.
I also share a very personal part of my journey: what happened when I achieved many of the things I had dreamed of and discovered that I still felt something was missing, my experience in Medjugorje, and how I began to understand my relationship with God and the purpose of the gifts we receive in a different way.
We also talked about Jesus and the Eucharist, what really happens during Mass, what transubstantiation means, and why Catholics believe that Jesus is truly present in the Eucharist.

Te conozco desde que empezaste tu carrera, he visto la mayoría de tu trabajo así como los últimos años que iniciaste en Youtube con Yordi y ahora en infinitos. También así como tú me encantaban los temas de la nueva era, lo paranormal etc., pero ahora que cambiaste con este nuevo contenido, no sabes lo muchísimo que me ayudado para acercarme y conocer mi religión católica, reencontrarme con Jesús y me ha dado una sed enorme de seguir creciendo en mí fe y de cada día ser mejor para agradarle a Dios.
Así que sigue por este camino, ahora te admiro mucho más.
