Another part of the parkrun Alphabeteer challenge done. This week the letter "N"

I headed to Newtowon in Powys to take on a riverside parkrun that was described as flat but did have a lump in the middle.

Alongside the River Severn I ran with the many others for whom this is a regular Saturday morning habit.

This Welsh town was a place I liked spending some time in.
