In this video I photograph a closeup forest detail with my 4x5 large format view camera and describe all the technical considerations of bellows extension and depth of field. I also discuss the four different films I used and show those results.

That was refreshing Scott. I am glad you seeing growth on your channel. I too follow Ben and entered for the stopwatch, good gesture you had going there.

Very nice Scott. It would never have occurred to me to shoot that log but it turned out nice. The detail in the final shot was incredible.

Good job on this tutorial, Ive been shooting paper negatives in 4x5 lately and really loving the challenge of the high contrast. I heard you mention Tmax, I uploaded yesterday a full review of my experience with it as well. one of my fav films

I have the Quick Disc also, great little tool. I've thought about getting mine laminated.

I'd like to invite you to Old Downtown Melbourne to see Grandma Bonsai. She is ancient and heavily scared but still surviving! I've photographed her 7 times. How can we arrange It if you're interested?

Nice video!

New sub, and thanks again for yours. I'll leave the big box cameras to you and Ben Horne; but I enjoy watching the image-making process.

Thoroughly enjoyed. Makes me miss my old 8x10 and 4x5s. Where do you send your film for developing and how expensive is it per sheet? I remember when I sold my equipment about 10 years ago it was getting very costly.

Great video! I just started using the Quickdisc as well, but haven't had any film developed yet to learn if I used it correctly (: How do you like that Nikkor 200mm? It's at the top of my list for next purchase...
