The time has come to bring back law and order in favour of the poor law and order abiding citizens of this beautiful SA!
For myself, it's exactly the same type of supply chain arming and financing drug cartels and other categories of organised crime across the globe, including poaching.
As you mention, these sources are multivariate.
Cops.
Government.
Army.
The wealthy.
Those are the usual suspects.
I seriously doubt that ordinary gun-owning citizens are the problem.
It's WAY more sophisticated than that.
I often think that there are vast arms caches somewhere in secret places, in the hands of those who have taken it upon themselves to control firearms.
And, the two organisations that have access to all these arms are the police and the military.
