I believe a light routine starts with small habits. In this video, I've prepared a simple, homemade menu full of love to make the coming days easier.

Today's menu:

🍚 Fluffy rice
🫘 Homemade beans
🍝 Pasta with meatballs
🍗 Chicken with vegetables
🥕 Sautéed carrots and green beans
🥗 Fresh salads to complete the meals

More than just preparing meals, this is a moment to take care of myself, save time during the week, and make my routine more peaceful. I hope this video inspires you to organize your meals in a simple, welcoming, and uncomplicated way. After all, an organized home and ready-made meals are also forms of self-love. 🤎✨
